Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within two days of approving an order. Most orders are delivered within five days of shipment, but be aware that this can vary depending on the country. You can always check your order’s status by logging in to your Passion Dome account and checking the status of your delivery using the tracking information we send via email once the parcel is shipped.
Our shipments are 100% discreet. The sender that appears is not identified with our page. Transport companies do not know the contents of the packages. Packages do not include any exterior markings indicating what they contain.
To send the order to another address, simply enter the new address in your shopping cart. The bottom of the registration form will allow you to create a different shipping address and save it for another occasion.
All shipping information will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is shipped. Please use the link included in the email to track your delivery directly on the delivery company webpage. If the link is not responsive for any reason, please access the web page of the delivery company and enter the tracking number manually to verify the status of your delivery.
To safeguard your security, Passion Dome does not store any credit card details. Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. However, the transaction will ever only be put through after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed stock availability.
Passion Dome accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Alipay, Sezzle and Diners.
We are currently only shipping to approved states within the US.
Carriers can sometimes mark a package as delivered when it leaves the processing center, and then can be as much as 3 business days before it arrives at your door. The best way to find out the status of your package is for you to contact the carrier directly.

Returns and Exchanges
Please note, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products. To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the product. All libido supplement and rise condom sales are final, this includes any kits they are included in. Unopened lubricant (the pump top must remain closed) will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out at [email protected] , with a detailed description of the issue, and photos.
Once a refund is issued, funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
If the product is to be exchanged or returned because you do not like it or you cancel your purchase, the shipping costs must be paid by you.
If the product is defective or damaged and the two year warranty is processed, the shipping costs are paid by Passion Dome, within 15 days from the original delivery. If you have exceeded 15 days the postage is to be paid by you.
Yes. Some personal hygiene products and lingerie cannot be returned. We accept returns as long as they have not been used or their state has been alternated, and they are maintained in exactly the same conditions in which they were sent. If the product has been opened or has signs of being used or tampered with, the return will not be accepted.
Shipping details can only be modified if the order has not left our warehouses. Once the order has been shipped it can no longer be modified.
In order to change the address, you must contact us and give us the new shipping address so that we can change it as soon as possible. Remember that we can only do this if the package has not yet been sent.
The maximum time to inform us about a return is 15 calendar days, after you have received the product. You can notify us by email to [email protected]. We will answer you in the shortest time possible and give you instructions.
We offer pre-orders on items that are currently out of stock. Please check product pages for information on products timelines. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout.
If you have ordered multiple items, all items will ship together once the out-of-stock item is back in stock. Although we will try our best to give an exact estimate on the product page, ship dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.
